If the Term has already begun, can I sign up my child to a Term class?

Yes, if you sign up you will be charged for only the remaining sessions of the Term. This is automatically calculated when you book.

 

Can I bring my child for a trial session?

Yes, if you sign up on our booking system, most sessions have an option for booking a trial. We understand this is way to see and come to meet the Coaching Team!

 

If my child is ill or not able to make one or more sessions, can we get credits or cancel the session(s)?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed classes even if you inform us in advance of missed dates. 

 

The session seems to be at full capacity, how do I know if my child will be taken or not?

There is a Waitlist option in which you will be informed of your rank in the list.

 

Can my child bring a friend to a session?

Please contact the Club Manager via email or mobile. This will depend on session capacity.

 

Does the Club offer private 1-1 coaching?

Yes. This will have to be organised with the Club Manager: Tennis, Football, Netball, Fitness & Personal Training at your Home.

I have access to a Tennis Court; can I book a coach to come to teach?

Yes. This will have to be organised with the Club Manager. Please send your request to the Club email address (contact below).

 

Birthday Parties – how can we book these?

The best way to do this is to send us an email with your requested date(s) and what you wish to do. We need time to organise these so please send requests as early as possible so we can plan ahead. A holding deposit will be charged to secure your booking.
